Dr. Fakhrul Islam Babu 孫逸仙 is an Entrepreneur, Business Management Professional, and civil Activist engaged in Socio-political and economical issues. He was born in a Muslim family in Bangladesh on 20 July 1977. Dr. Islam graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, he completed his Master’s and Doctorate in International Trade. He is the founder and current General Secretary of the China-Bangladesh Friendship Center – CBFC 中孟友好中心, founder of the Asian Club Limited 亞會有限公司, Hong Kong, and the founder of the Dr. Muhammad Fakhrul Islam Foundation, a Charity Organization working for distressed people in Bangladesh. He is a Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Club of Dhaka Orchid of RID 3281, Bangladesh. He is a Director and member of the Kowloon Golden Golden Mile Rotary Club, RID 3450, Hong Kong. He served Rotary International as a TRF cadre of Technical Advisers from 2015 to 2021. He is a Life Member of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. Dr. Islam is also the Vice President of Bangladesh Awami League, Hong Kong. 

He believes he has a natural propensity to talk to people therapeutically, and he enjoys helping people. He tries to teach people how to protect themselves and become more proficient at using the system we live in. he is devoted to helping people move ahead, consult about benefits, and is experienced in assisting people in working on making their dreams become a reality. He has over twenty years of experience working with the oppressed and unprivileged community, distressed, and orphans. Before starting his own business, he worked in various organizations with multinational flame. He is flexible in both his personal and professional life.

He proposed the new “Three Principles of the People, which are ethnic harmony, public opinion at the root and people’s livelihood as the foundation.” 他提出了新的“三民主義”，分別為民族共融、民意為根及民生為本。

He was a Bangladeshi in Origin. Later, he accepted Chinese Citizenship and got a Chinese name: 孫逸仙 (Sun Yat-sen). Currently, he lives in Hong Kong as a Chinese citizen naturalized from Hong Kong. His English legal name is ISLAM, Muhammad Fakhrul, and his Chinese legal name is 孫逸仙 (Sun Yat-sen). He is known as Dr. Fakhrul Islam Babu 孫逸仙 in general. He is blessed with two sons. His elder son, Master ISLAM Muhammad Tazimul 孫塔吉姆, is a student in Secondary one at a Local College in Hong Kong, and his youngest son, Master ISLAM Muhammad Latiful 孫洛褅福, is studying in Primary Five in a local school in Hong Kong.
